Titan Entertainments Homecoming October 1 2005

Event was held at the Civic Arena in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Kevin Finley    (172)                                                     vs                                             Rickey Jenkins  (174)

Round 1 Jenkins started fast throwing big shots and just moments into the round he caught and dropped Finley with a right hook. Finley rose to his feet ready to continue but just moments later was again caught and dropped by a right hand. Finley again rose to his feet ready to go and as the round resumed Finley started working with his jab and setting up his shots keeping Jenkins off balance then with seconds left into the round Finley landed a big shot the sent Jenkins into the ropes. Round 2 Finley took control landing the jab and following up with quick power punches. Finley landed a hard body shot that back Jenkins into the ropes then Finley unloaded a vicious hook that dropped Jenkins to his knees. Jenkins beat the count but was clearly hurt. As the round continued Finley backed Jenkins into the corner with a stiff jab and followed it up with a big right hook that dropped Jenkins flat. Jenkins badly hurt was unable to beat the count and was counted out at 2:33 of the 2nd round.                             Finley wins by 2nd round knockout

Jason Redmond    (219)                                                   vs                                         James bunch   (201)

Round 1 Redmond took control early landing at will forcing the action. Bunch spent the round covering up and firing back only when forced into a corner. Round 2 Redmond came out strong  landing hard shots, Bunch tried to fire back and make a stand but Redmond proved to be to strong as he landed a hard overhand right followed by a left to put Bunch down and out at 56 seconds of the 2nd round.

Hubaldo Larios   (182)                                                       vs.                                      Sean Kelley   (185)

Round 1 Larios moving down in weight looked solid and strong as he took control early landing good clean shots to the head and body , Kelley tried to fire back but Larios landed a big shot that backed Kelley into the ropes. Larios jumped on Kelly landing hard shots that had Kelly out on his feet when the ref. stepped in stopping the fight at 1:36 of the first round.                 Larios wins by 1st round Tech. knockout

Stephan Johnson   (187)                                                       vs.                                      Corey Bunch   (170)

Round 1 Johnson showed why he’s one of the best prospects around as he jumped on Bunch early landing hard shots that had Bunch on the run just trying to survive. Johnson landed a big shot the rocked Bunch then Johnson landed several more hard unanswered punches that prompted the ref. to step in and stop the fight at 2:05 of the first round.                                    Johnson wins by 1st round tech. knockout

Round 1 Both fighters came out swinging trading big power shots in the center of the ring. Boldridge seemed to land the cleaner shots and just as Johnson lowered his guard Boldridge landed a huge right hand to the head of Johnson that dropped him hard to the canvas. the count was waived off at 1:02 of the first round as Johnson was unable to even try to get up.                             Boldridge wins by  1st round knockout

Holly Shores   (90)                                                                      vs.                            Shelly Pierce   (104)

Round 1 Shores took control early landing a good jab and hard power punches that kept Pierce on the run and covering up. every time Pierce tried to fire back Shores was able to slip most of the shots and fire back with her own power shots. Round 2 was more of the same with Shores controlling the action when she landed a perfectly time right hand the rocked Pierce and sent her backpedaling and just as Shores started to move in for the finish, the ref. seeing Pierce was in trouble stepped in and called a halt to bout at 1:13 of the 2nd round.                                                       Shores wins by 2nd round tech. knockout.

Travis Hartman   (138)                                                        vs.                                   Jeff Hinds    (146)

Round 1 the action was good both fighters having their moments landing good power shots  the round was even until Hinds landed a big punch that staggered Hartman but Hartman showed heart as he was able to used his speed to stay away from hinds and avoid the big shots. Round 2 Hartman started strong landing hard shots but Hinds seemed to take them pretty well as he landed some good shots of his own, both fighters exchanged heavy blows at the sound to the bell. Round 3 things turned ugly the fighting on the inside turned rough, and a low blow by Hartman momentarily halted the action as Hinds needed time to recover. Round 4 was a rough round as both fighters took out their aggression out on each other, every shot was thrown with bad intentions. Hartman landed another low blow and was warned by the ref. the inside fighting continued and as Hinds tried to tie up Hartman, Hartman landed another low blow. at that time the ref. took a point away from Hartman. As the action continued  Hartman landed a good shot to the head of Hinds followed up by a hard body shot that seemed to hurt Hinds, and as Hinds tried to tie Hartman up and stop the action Hartman landed another low bow (the 3rd low blow of the round) and as Hinds covered up in pain the ref. stepped in and halted the bout at 2:46 of the 4th round disqualifying Hartman for repeated low blows.                                                                          Hinds wins by 4th round DQ.

Rob Calloway   (205)                                                              vs.                        Richard Tutaki   (263)

Round 1 started out strong as both fighters traded heavy shots. Calloway landed a big right hand that seem to stun Tutaki but Tutaki tried to rally back landing a good shot of his own but was unable to follow up as Calloway was able to counter and move away from Tutaki’s punches. working behind a stiff jab, Calloway  took control midway through the round. Tutaki seemed to be frustrated as he gave up on his jab and just tried to land power shots. Round 2 started fast with Calloway turning up the pace .Tutaki seemed to be to tired to keep up with the pace set by Calloway. As the two fighters came together Calloway fired a perfect shot that rocked Tutaki and sent his backpedaling into the ropes, Calloway jumped all over Tutaki landing several unanswered shots before landing a big right hand that dropped Tutaki to the canvas. Tutaki was unable to beat the count and was counted out at 1:53 of the 2nd round.
